What user access levels and permissions are available in Narratize?

Available permissions include Org Admin, Team Admin, Team Member and Project Manager.

 
Org Admin: 
    • can create new documents and projects
    • can see/edit/rename/move/delete all projects and documents created across the Organization
    • can manage all functionality of Teams
    • can see all Organization members
    • can invite/deactivate users and resend invitations
    • can assign any project to any Team
Team Admin: 
    • can create new documents and projects
    • can see all projects created by members of their Team (they must still be added to the Team as a member)
    • can see the names of all Teams and their members (to clarify - they can NOT see any outputs from Teams they are not a part of)
    • create and edit Teams
    • can add/remove existing Narratize users to/from a Team
Team Member:
    • can create new documents and projects
    • can view personal documents and projects
    • if they are also part of a Team: 
      • can view projects created by others in the same Team
      • can see other Team members for Teams they are a part of
Project Manager:
    • can create new documents and projects
    • can see/edit/rename/move/delete all projects and documents created across the org
    • can assign any project to any team
